By entering into a production partnership with AngMakesIt, you agree and understand:

• Artistic licenses may be taken with your customized piece;

• Each piece is made-to-order, and is not eligible for refund or exchange;

• Pieces will be shipped within 30 days of receipt of payment, unless an expedited agreement is stated in the invoice at time of purchase;

• Photos of Funko subject must be received by AngMakesIt within 24 hours of payment completion;

• AngMakesIt is not responsible for damages to items caused by shipping partners – these issues will need to be resolved directly with relevant postal service;

• AngMakesIt retains the right to post photos of in-process and finished pieces on business social media websites.

A copy of this agreement will be emailed at the time of purchase, and must be electronically signed and sent back to AngMakesIt before order creation can begin. Failure to send this agreement within 24 hours of receipt will result in order cancellation and a 50% refund.
